Flat rate postage of \600 applies to all other cases (except Okinawa and remote islands).
*Please note that additional postage is required when shipping to remote islands.
*The courier service used is Sagawa Express (except for Okinawa and remote islands).
DELIVERY
Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days when item is in stock.
*Please note that there may be a long delay in delivery when there is a large number of orders or when item is out of stock. In these cases, you will be notified of the delay via email or phone.
Specifying the Delivery Date
Delivery date and time frame can be specified. (The earliest time is 2 days from the order date if the item is in stock. Please consult us if you wish to specify a particular freight).
Items can be delivered to a work place or to a friend and others.
*Please place an order after confirming the address and telephone number or mobile number.
*The invoice will be sent to the person placing the order.
*When paying by direct deposit, please specify the delivery date that falls after the payment has been completed.
PAYMENT
Direct Deposit
Please make the payment into the specified bank account within 1 week after placing an order.Please note that the item will be shipped after confirming that the payment has been deposited.

*Warning! Your order will be treated as being "cancelled" if the payment cannot be confirmed within one week after placing the order. We recommend you make the payment without delay.
Cash On Delivery
There will be a handling fee of \330 (incl. GST) per order. The handling fee will remain \330 (incl. GST) per order even when the delivery is split into multiple times due to stock availability or for other reasons.
Credit Card
VISA, MASTER CARD, DC, JCB, AMEX and others can be used.
At Convenient store
The payment can be made at convenient stores located throughout Japan.
Please use the payment number (payment slip number) that appear in the order completion notice email to process payment at a convenient store.
